Once complete, Home Front at Camp Anza will consist of 29 affordable homes geared toward veterans and their families in Riverside, California. Located on the former site of Camp Anza, a WWII Army training camp, the project will also include the rehabilitation of the historic Officers Club, which will serve as the community center for residents. Home Front at Camp Anza will be a services-enriched community tailored to the needs of veterans and their families, with comprehensive support provided both on-site and off-site under the coordination of Wakeland and our project partner, Mercy House Living Centers.
Resident Services plus on-site and off-site services based on the needs of residents. Could include, but not limited to: care coordination, life skills workshops, referrals to the VA, behavioral health services and veterans benefits assistance.
