Mesa Vista residents living within our Permanent Supportive Housing will receive services and support to help improve their mental health and stability all provided by Mercy House. This housing community is part of the Homekey project, which is part of an initiative statewide that plans to rapidly expand housing for individuals experiencing homelessness.
Louis Martin Residence is a permanent housing facility located in Anaheim including 4 units. The single family house offers private bedrooms and shared bathroom/common areas and on-site management. Residents living within our Permanent Supportive Housing will receive services and support to help improve their mental health and stability all provided by Mercy House.
At Legacy Square, Mercy House provides housing and supportive services for individuals and families earning less than 60% of the area median income. Legacy Square residents living within our Permanent Supportive Housing will receive services and support to help improve their mental health and stability provided by Mercy House.
At the Cove, Mercy House provides housing and supportive services for homeless veterans and low-income seniors 62+ earning 30-60% of the area median income. The Cove residents living within our Permanent Supportive Housing will receive services and support to help improve their mental health and stability provided by Mercy House.
Casa Q residents living within our Permanent Supportive Housing will receive services and support to help improve their mental health and stability provided by Mercy House.
Formerly the Guest Inn and Suites motel, The Orchard residents living within our Permanent Supportive Housing units will receive services and support to help improve their mental health and stability provided by Mercy House.
Archways, in Santa Ana, offers 85 units of affordable housing. Of these, 59 units will be for very low and low-income families, while 25 units provide housing for households experiencing homelessness or chronic homelessness, including those affected by a severe mental illness.
La Entrada, located in Riverside, provides 65 units of affordable housing serving low-income and very low-income families. Among these, 8 units are specifically designated for households that are either experiencing homelessness or that are at a risk of becoming homeless. All residents will have access to several development programs and activities provided by Wakeland. Residents living within our Permanent Supportive Housing will receive additional services and support to help improve their mental health and stability all provided by Mercy House.
Mercy House’s Regina Residence seeks to provide comprehensive support to low-income families by offering permanent housing through affordable housing solutions and essential housing needs. The Santa Ana Housing Authority provides affordable housing including housing vouchers, resources, referrals, and programs. Mercy House also partners with assigned social workers to help residents secure Cal Fresh, MediCal, and/or CalOptima.
Joseph Residence helps to fill the lack of affordable housing options for 15 formerly homeless and low-income individuals. In response to the emerging need for affordable housing facilities, Mercy House transitioned “Joseph House Transitional Shelter” into “Joseph Residence” in December 2017 to create a 3 unit, 15- bed apartment building. In honor of its historical purpose and the needs of its previously served population, Joseph Residence exclusively provides permanent housing with supportive services to single, formerly homeless and low-income adult men.
