About This Region

Mercy House operates a variety of services in Riverside county including dignified access centers, emergency shelters, transitional housing, and permanent housing residences. Our services in Riverside County focus on transitioning low-income and homeless families and individuals into affordable housing solutions to provide a complete system of care and further prevent their homelessness. We are thankful to our local support system in providing a platform to assist each person working to transitioning from homelessness.

Camp Anza

POPULATION: Disabled Veterans and their Families, Low-Income Households
Home Front at Camp Anza includes 30 units and is tailored primarily to the needs of disabled veterans and their families. Camp Anza as a location also has an extensive history! Located on the former site of a WWII Army training camp, this project includes the rehabilitation of the historic Officers Club, which serves as the community center for residents.

Harrison Hope Center

Harrison Hope Center provides emergency shelter for men and women, supportive services to clients by Housing Navigators, storage on site, and shuttles to transport clients to numerous locations in Corona. This is not a walk-up facility.

Hulen Place Bridge Shelter provides emergency shelter for men and women, supportive services to clients by Housing Navigators, storage on site, and shuttles to transport clients to numerous locations in Riverside County. This is not a walk-up facility.

La Entrada

POPULATION: Low-Income Families
La Entrada, located in Riverside, provides 65 units of affordable housing serving low-income and very low-income families. Among these, 8 units are specifically designated for households that are either experiencing homelessness or that are at a risk of becoming homeless. All residents will have access to several development programs and activities provided by Wakeland. Residents living within our Permanent Supportive Housing will receive additional services and support to help improve their mental health and stability all provided by Mercy House.

St. Michaels

RIVERSIDE, CA

POPULATION: HOUSEHOLDS EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS & LOW-INCOME
St. Michael’s offers 50 one- and two- bedroom apartments, located in two adjoining buildings. Of the fifty new affordable units, twenty-four are reserved for those experiencing homelessness. The community is also located nearby additional public, social, and health service providers and is well served by public transit

Vista de la Sierra

POPULATION: Low-income households, Individuals living with a severe mental illness
Vista de la Sierra residents living within our Permanent Supportive Housing will receive services and support to help improve their mental health and stability all provided by Mercy House. A large community center serves as the central hub for resident services, and services will also include private case management.
