Allison Davenport
As Chief Strategy and Compliance Officer, Allison helps to provide strategic analysis and support to Mercy House’s growth of programs, services and collaborative partnerships. She manages the agency’s data and program evaluation efforts, portfolio of public grants and private grants and ensures compliance with federal funding. She also oversees Mercy House’s administration of the Orange County Coordinated Entry System in the North and Central SPA. Before her current position, Allison served as Mercy House’s Development Director for 6 years helping the agency grow from a $4M annual budget to over $20M. She has been with Mercy House since 2008. Prior to her time with Mercy House, Allison was the executive director for an non-profit organization dedicated to reducing the educational achievement gap for low-income, minority students and the project manager for an intellectual property law firm. Allison has her B.A. in Anthropology from California State University Fullerton.
